Brindavan Gardens
Brindavan Gardens of Mysore is a perfect retreat for the devotees of Mother Nature. These gardens cover an area of 150 acres and remain a perfect place for leisurely strolls amidst ample of nature around. Most of the areas here are blanketed with shrubs, grass and trees. There is also a children park apart from hydraulic research station and fisheries station which promise whole family fun.
Thonnur Lake
Peace seekers can also spend some time along the Thonnur Lake spread across 2000 acres. The lake enjoys beautiful surroundings and remains a perfect picnic spot. This historical wonder was originally raised as a guest house to the royal family’s guests.
